The Jaysam team travel across the globe to handpick the finest quality materials for your project, including individually selected stone direct from the quarry.
Our in-house production facility produces a range of highly specialised boding technologies including glass to glass UV bonding – a highly robust bonding technology, providing a complete turnkey operation for glass and cabinetry display fit outs.
Our panel pressing facility allows the bonding of laminates and natural veneers onto a variety of core boards. Our veneers are hand selected and sequenced to offer book or slip matched furniture and panelling to our clients’ specifications.
Our team of master craftsmen ensure the manufacture of all elements to the highest specification with stringent quality checks.
Bespoke Joinery: Our state of the art CNC machinery and high speed moulding and routing systems are capable of machining the most complex profiles to any design from boards and solid timbers.
Laser Guided Timber Sizing: Computerised 4-sided planing for hardwood and softwood ensures all naturally twisted and warped timber finishes unnaturally straight.
Assembly Shop: Multi skilled craftsmen pre-assemble all components stringently checking the fit and finishing of all items prior to dispatch.

Spray Finishing: our spray booths and associated preparation areas provide clear and coloured high quality lacquer and paint finishes, ranging from 2% dead matt up to 90% high gloss sheens.
Tailored Wood Stains: From just 12 stain colours held in stock, we can create an infinite range of custom mixed shades to suit every project.
